The Method

SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance.

My path

After experiencing the enormous rite of passage of childbirth and parenthood, I yearned for a way to understand this huge life change. Finding SoulCollage® was transformative for me. It helped me reconnect with my inner wisdom and process life’s delights and grief. I continue to be surprised by how such a simple practice can open so much self- understanding.

As a certified SoulCollage® facilitator I am passionate about sharing the gift of this method with other people. Through my workshops I seek to cultivate a nurturing and sacred environment for creativity, healing and self-exploration.

I’m available to lead groups both in-person and virtually.

Attend a workshop in our beautiful

studio space nestled on 40 acres

  • No art experience necessary. Just bring yourself and a notebook.

  • These workshops are intended for adults. Stay tuned for kid-friendly offerings.

  • Workshop are held in East Chatham, NY in a studio barn space drenched in natural light. Nestled on 40 acres of streams, forest and walking paths. Compost toilet and outhouse available during workshop. Full address sent upon registration.


    Right now, located on the second floor without wheelchair accessible entry.

  • Workshops will be fully reimbursed minus a $5 processing fee if you cancel 2 weeks before the workshop. Cancellations after then will get a credit for future workshop.
